I had an outstanding experience with AT Automotive, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and professional automotive shop. Albert was extremely professional, straightforward, and knowledgeable from the moment I arrived. He immediately took my 2010 Toyota Prius in and quickly diagnosed what every Prius owner dreads—the head gasket problem. What really impressed me was the combination of his expertise and transparency. He clearly understood these cars and explained the issue without trying to oversell or pressure me into unnecessary repairs. Just two days later, my car was ready to go. Albert’s knowledge and understanding of the Prius gave me something that’s hard to put a price on: peace of mind. It’s reassuring to know your vehicle is in the hands of someone who genuinely knows what he’s doing and stands behind his work. I took my Tesla Model S in for a new battery pack swap and AT Auto and Albert were most accommodating. First of all most shops in town will not do this service and he even gave me a trade in for my battery which is also not automatic. The work was thorough and honest. He let me know through tons of photos and prompt communication what else was needed. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

My 2017 Nissan Rouge had a dead 12 V battery. Albert replaced it with the correct battery and yes, there are many batteries to choose from and it would be easy to get the wrong battery for my hybrid. Price and Customer service were excellent. AT Automotive Hybrid Repair, Albert and his team are the best hybrid repair shop in town. If I could give higher than a five star review, I would not hesitate. High-quality shop for sure.

Albert and team were great! My mechanic recommended AT hybrid when my fusion energi transmission needed repair. Albert was professional and straightforward with his estimate and time needed to do the work. He had my car ready on time and on budget. The car drives like it’s brand new again and the best part is Ì was able to spend less than half what the dealership wanted to do the same work! Thank you AT Hybrid Repair!!

I want to update my original review after spending more time with the vehicle. At first, everything seemed fine and I left a positive review based on my initial experience and communication with the shop. I chose this place because of the strong ratings and recommendations. However, after the engine replacement, several serious concerns appeared. The price changed during the process (from about $1,300 to $1,500), parts from my original engine were transferred to the replacement engine, and my old engine was not returned to me after the installation. After driving the car, I noticed reduced performance, higher fuel consumption, and a check engine light. This was very unexpected, especially considering the engine was presented as having around 30,000 miles. I contacted the seller to resolve the situation, but a refund was refused. At this point, I am extremely disappointed and will have to escalate the matter through the appropriate channels. I am attaching photos so others can understand what engine was represented as having low mileage.
